UPDATE:
UK Customers: With the additional days of Royal Mail industrial action and strikes we can no longer say that orders posted by Royal Mail will reach you before Christmas. We will of course continue to post out your orders up until 22nd December, but it is now unlikely that these will reach you before the big day.
If you do need your order sooner, please select Tracked shipping, these orders will be sent by courier such as DHL, but again, these services are under more strain than usual due to the industrial action taken by Royal Mail and the last orders will be booked in on Wednesday 21st.
December has snuck up on us again and we must let you know when to get your orders in if you need to receive them in time for Christmas!
If you are an international customer (outside the UK), then to have the best possible chance of having your orders delivered in time for Christmas day, please be sure to select our “tracked courier” delivery option at checkout. This option is usually based on a 5-7 working day turnaround, but at this busy time it would be best to get your orders in as quickly as possible, and at the very latest by Wednesday 14th December.
For UK customers, non-tracked delivery orders (which are sent by Royal Mail First Class) should be placed by Wednesday 15th December at the latest, while tracked orders should be placed by the end of Wednesday 21st December. We will ship orders a few times a week, and our final shipping day before Christmas will be Thursday 22nd December.
Due to industrial action there are longer than normal delays to delivery schedules, so it’s best to get your order in as soon as possible if you need it for Christmas Day. The above dates are guidance only, we recommend you don’t leave your order until the last minute.
