What are your delivery charges within the UK?
We will send your order by Royal Mail First Class service or by using a tracked courier service, depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout.
Prices start at £2.50 for Royal Mail First Class services and will increase depending on the weight of your packed order. Parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent by tracked courier starting at £8.99.
If you have chosen a tracked service, your order will be sent by courier with prices starting at £8.99.
What are your shipping rates outside the UK?
Overseas shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country and also the weight of the packed order. To best find out what the delivery charge for your order will be, you can review the delivery options during the checkout process, or get in touch with us for a quote.
Customers are responsible for any international duties and for items passing through International Customs.
Do you offer free delivery?
We don’t offer free delivery at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We currently dispatch orders once a week, usually on a Thursday, so please allow a minimum of 7 working days for delivery. If your order is taking longer to arrive, please feel free to contact us.
e.g. Goods ordered on a Friday may not be posted until the following Thursday and can be expected to arrive by the following Monday. However, if your order is received early enough on posting day, you may receive it the next day, depending of course on the postal service.
Deliveries outside the UK will take longer to arrive – this is usually around 10-14 working days, but our tracked services can be faster.
If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or an item that is on backorder, then we will dispatch your order as soon as the whole order is in stock and ready to ship.
Will I have to pay import taxes?
If your order is going outside the UK, then your parcel may have import duty added when it arrives at the customs department in your delivery country. Unfortunately we cannot predict when a parcel will have import taxes applied, and you will have to pay this charge in order to receive your parcel.

If you choose a tracked delivery option when checking out, your order will be trackable by getting in touch with us.
Do you offer faster shipping rates?
Sometimes you need your books faster. Please do get in touch with us if your order is urgent and we can arrange a faster delivery, please note that this will be at extra cost.
