Classics Illustrated Acclaim Study Guides

The Acclaim study guide series of Classics Illustrated are A5-sized pocket books featuring original Classics Illustrated retellings accompanied by study notes and essays at the end. This series is notable for having cover artwork that is unique to these versions of the CI stories, as well as the inclusion of three titles that were never featured in the main CI series – The Scarlet Pimpernel, Henry IV, Part I and Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass.
