If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with any items from your order, you may return them for a refund.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return all or part of your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and quote your order number. Please package the item carefully, in the original packaging if possible, and return to us at the following address:

A refund will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Of course! If you decide to exchange an item you have received from us for another from our site, please get in touch with us to arrange this. We will offer exchange credit to the value of the item you are returning. You will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us, and that of us shipping the replacement item to you.
Do I have to pay for returns postage?
If you need to return an item due to an error on our part, we will be happy to pay for the cost of return postage. Please note, if you are requesting a refund based on an issue with the item’s condition we might ask you to provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you will have to pay for the return postage.
Discounts
If your order was made using a discount or voucher code, we will refund the discounted value of the items.
Returns from outside the UK
Any international customs duties, import taxes, and sales taxes paid by you are not refundable for orders shipped outside the UK. All payments and refunds are made in GBP.
