14-day returns policy
If, for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with any item or items from your order, you may return it or them for a full refund. We do not refund the postage costs incurred. This returns policy is designed to take care of genuine customers and is by no means an unconditional guarantee that we will agree to refund for all and any reasons. All refunds or returns are made strictly at our discretion. In some cases where we feel the customer is being unreasonable we may not honour this guarantee.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return part or all of your order, please get in contact with us first, or make sure that you include some correspondence with your return to explain the reason for return. Please package the item carefully, in the original packaging if possible, and return to us at the following address:

Can I exchange an item?
Of course! If you decide to exchange an item you have received from us for another from our site, please get in touch with us to arrange this. We will offer exchange credit to the value of the item you are returning. You will need to cover the cost of posting the item back to us, and that of us shipping the replacement item to you.
Do I have to pay for returns postage?
If you need to return an item to us and request a refund due to an error on our part we will be happy to pay for the postage cost to return it to us. Please note, if you are requesting a refund based on an issue with condition we might ask you to provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we will be unable to pay for the return postage.
